Municipal Utility Authorities - The firm currently acts as general counsel for North Bergen Municipal Utilities Authority, the Secaucus Municipal Utility Authority and the Two Bridges Sewerage Authority whose responsibilities include sewage treatment and solid waste disposal. The firm deals on a regular basis with New Jersey's Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on regulatory compliance issues, and advises the authorities on public bidding, contracting and related procurement issues, labor and employment matters and also handles their litigation.

Hopewell Township - The firm was retained as special counsel to evaluate alternatives for the Township's sewerage requirements and negotiated the necessary sewer service agreements.

Town of Kearny - Attorneys in the firm were retained as special counsel in an action brought by the NJDEP and local and national environmental groups involving compliance with Combined Sewer Overflow permits.
