Construction Law  The firm specializes in providing legal representation to companies, professional firms, agencies, and individuals engaged in heavy/highway, commercial and residential construction.  We provide legal advice on a wide range of issues including contracts, employment, construction liens, HOW Warranty claims and regulatory matters (such as wage and hour investigations and compliance by home improvement contractors with New Jersey's Consumer Fraud Act).  We also handle litigation in the courts and before state agencies and alternative dispute resolution bodies for private and public sector clients, including public authorities, contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, developers and homeowners.
Environmental Claims  The firm represents individuals and businesses with respect to environmental problems such as pollutant spills, leaking underground tanks, and toxic mold contamination.
Municipal Authorities  The firm represents municipal utilities and sewer authorities in connection with litigation, rate hearings, administrative matters and negotiation of regulatory compliance issues and drafting of employee policies and procedures. The firm provides advice regarding day-to-day administration of their facilities, including the negotiation and management of contracts and agreements with various government agencies. The firm handles wastewater and solid waste issues, service contracts, the implementation of user fee systems, condemnation of property and worker's compensation.
Insurance and Surety  The firm represents clients in a wide range of insurance issues ranging from defense of insurance claims to the litigation of coverage questions involving primary and excess carriers. The firm has represented policyholders and carriers with respect to most kinds of insurance coverage, including casualty, fire, marine, directors and officers, comprehensive liability coverage and environmental coverage.
