William J. "Mickey" Conway was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and attended Southern Methodist University (B.A., 1988) and University of San Francisco School of Law (J.D.,
cum laude, 1994) where he was a member of the Law Review. Mr. Conway
served as an Extern to the Honorable Justice Joyce Kennard of the California
Supreme Court. He is a member of the New York, Tennessee, Colorado and New
Jersey bars and has been admitted to practice before the United States
District Courts for the District of New Jersey (1995) and the Southern
District of New York (1999).
He practices in
the areas of corporate transactional and municipal law, entertainment law
and corporate litigation. Mr. Conway currently serves as general counsel to a
municipal utility authority as well as to a number of small and medium sized
businesses in the United States and the U.K.
